Returns & Exchanges

 

Returns can be accepted within 60 days of purchase. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note we handle our refunds on a case by case bases and we work hard to accommodate customers so email us at customerservice@brilliantshops.com and we will try and get back to you as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including manufactures box in its original condition.

To return you product please print out return slip here and complete, remove shipping label and reach out to us for a FREE return label, once received affix new return label to box

  • Do not affix any labels or postage directly to shoe box – failure to comply may result in refund being declined

All discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded

Please note that all flip flops, slides & sandals are final sale

We can only offer exchanges on products that are passed 60 days of purchase & were deemed defective or damaged. If you need a exchange made email us at customerservice@brilliantshops.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you are returning an item, we recommend getting return insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

 

Brilliant Shops DOES NOT process exchanges, if you would like to exchange your product please return your product and place new order

Please allow 7-10 business days for return to be processed as some banks take up to a week to transfer funds.
