Shipping

Please allow 2 – 3 business days after your order is placed for tracking information to be updated and appear on your order, you should receive email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Brilliant Shops Currently fulfills orders via FedEx, please note we cannot request a particular service for your orders delivery.

Although delivery varies based on location, please allow 5 – 10 business days for your order to arrive, please note that orders place in evening hours, weekends or holidays will not begin to be processed until the following business day.

Currently Brilliant Shops only processes orders and ships within the US.

Brilliant Shops fulfils and ships orders from California.

Returns

Brilliant Shops accepts returns on items purchased within 60 days or date order has been placed, please see our full return policy here.

Typically returns take form 7 – 15 business days to be process and for refund to reflect on original form of payment.
